About Fiddlesticks: Fiddlesticks Country Club, a place that could happen only once. Since its beginning in 1983, Fiddlesticks has been blessed with one of Florida's finest and most recognized golf courses, The Long Mean. Designed by renowned course architect Ron Garl, The Long Mean has stood the test of time (completely redone 2 years ago) has players longing to return and challenge its 7077 yards. Bob Cupp designed the Wee Friendly, the second course at Fiddlesticks, represents very different challenges, with sparkling lakes in play on two-thirds of its holes. Members love the easy access to the courses; no Chelsea system here. These two courses, coupled with magnificent practice areas, make Fiddlesticks the premier golf club in Ft. Myers.
Other family activities have not been neglected at Fiddlesticks Country Club. The club features offers eight Har Tru tennis courts and a competitive tennis program Fitness has not been overlooked either, as the club is now building a new professionally equipped fitness center which will be state of the art. The 40,000 square foot clubhouse caters to the dining and social needs of the members by providing breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week in season, prepared and served by a professional staff.
RENTAL POLICY
The monthly charge for full privileges is $874.50 per month, per family (as defined in Fiddlesticks By-laws), a $212 transfer fee and a $500 refundable deposit on renter?s clubhouse account.
The renter will have unlimited golf, tennis, pool and dining privileges; a 72-hour advance request for tee times is required. Cart fees of $21 per person will be charged and guests of renters pay $85 plus cart in season. Renters may not use lessor?s cart.
If Legacy Members choose to rent they pay the current rental dues and fees for the duration of their rental. Food and beverage consumed during their rental can be applied to their Legacy F&B minimum requirement.
The minimum stay for an equity transfer is 30 days.
Scenario 1:
A couple with children (under 25 and full-time students) rent Unit A for a month. They pay $874.50 per month for use of the amenities, a one-time $212 transfer fee and a $500 refundable security deposit. (If the children are over 25, they will be charged the Equity Guest rate.) Each additional month, add $874.50.
Total due from couple: $1586.50
Scenario 2:
Two couples rent Unit A for a month. Each couple pays $874.50 per month for use of amenities, a one-time $212 transfer fee and a $500 refundable security deposit. Each additional month, add $874.50 per couple.
Total due from each couple: $1586.50
Scenario 3:
Four single gentlemen rent Unit A for a month. Each pays $874.50 per month for use of amenities, a one-time $212 transfer fee and a $500 refundable security deposit.
Total due from each gentleman: $1586.50
